Cielo Brentwood
Builders Guild
At Cielo, design and construction are part of one continuous vision. The Design Guild introduces the architects shaping each residence; the Builders Guild presents the custom homebuilders translating those plans into enduring homes. Beginning with Potter Homes, this page offers a closer look at the people, process and work now taking shape within the community.

Potter Homes
A Relationship-First Approach to Building
Potter Homes is a small, family-owned custom homebuilder with more than two decades of experience and an active presence in Middle Tennessee. The company creates one-of-a-kind residences around the way each family lives, bringing a relationship-first approach to projects in Brentwood, Franklin and the greater Nashville corridor.
Rather than pursuing volume, Potter limits the number of projects it accepts each year, allowing its team to remain closely involved throughout the process. The company grounds its work in faith, family and excellence, with an emphasis on personal attention, direct involvement and the structural integrity behind the finished details.
Now building within Cielo, Potter Homes is the first builder featured in the Cielo Builders Guild.
