Established in 1997, CPS Land has developed over 6,000 homesites across 38 communities, including Annandale, Rosebrooke, and Witherspoon in Brentwood. Cielo Development LLC acquired the 25.37-acre Phase 1 parcel in October 2023, with an agreement to purchase an additional 14.9 acres for Phase 2, which includes lots six, seven, and eight.
